Primary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate **Primary Phonics Teacher** to join our team at our **CBSE school.** As a Primary Phonics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching phonics and developing strong reading and writing skills in our primary school students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging phonics lessons to primary school students.
- Teach students the basic building blocks of phonics, including letter sounds, blends, and digraphs.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance students' phonics skills.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement a comprehensive phonics curriculum.
- Utilize various instructional resources, including technology, to enhance students' learning experience.
- Monitor and manage students' behavior in the classroom to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- **Min 2 years** proven **experience as a Phonics Teacher** or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of phonics teaching methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience and understanding when working with young learners.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- **Ability to Relocate to Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.**
