Job Title: Tender Bid Executive (GEM Portal)

Job Summary: The Tender Bid Executive (GEM Portal) is responsible for managing and executing tender bids on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. They will be responsible for researching, preparing, and submitting tender bids on behalf of the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of the GEM portal, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to gather the required information for tender submissions. The Tender Bid Executive will ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines while striving to maximize the organization's success rate in winning tenders.

Job Responsibilities:
GEM Portal Management:Gain a comprehensive understanding of the GEM portal, its functionalities, and the tendering process.
Stay updated with the latest guidelines, policies, and changes on the GEM portal.
Monitor and analyze tender opportunities relevant to the organization's products or services.

Tender Bid Preparation: Identify and evaluate suitable tender opportunities on the GEM portal.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information, documents, and certifications required for tender bids.
Prepare and compile tender bid documents, ensuring compliance with all specified requirements and guidelines.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop competitive pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of tender bid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Tender Bid Submission: Ensure timely completion of tender bid submissions on the GEM portal.
Upload and submit all relevant documents and attachments as per the tender requirements.
Follow up on the tender bid status and respond to any queries or clarifications sought by the tendering authority.

Compliance and Documentation: Maintain proper records of all tender bids, correspondence, and related documentation.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process.
Monitor and track the organization's tender success rate, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Analyze past tender outcomes, feedback, and evaluations to enhance future tender bid strategies.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on tender bid activities, success rates, and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender bid management, preferably within the government procurement sector or GEM portal.
- Excellent knowledge of the GEM portal and its functionalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹8,989.11 - ₹26,427.01 per month
