**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make them to Register as an Intern via various types of methods
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce interns to the company culture, expectations, and responsibilities
- Work with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to match interns with appropriate departments and supervisors
- Assess intern needs and create individualized development plans to meet their goals
- Monitor intern progress and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support intern development
- Resolve issues and concerns raised by interns and provide appropriate support and guidance
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure intern success and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of intern performance and progress

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in counseling, coaching, or mentorship roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess individual needs and create personalized development plans
- Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and feedback in a constructive and supportive manner
- Knowledge of internship program best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹12,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
