**Job Title: Nursing Supervisor**
**Division: Nursing**
**Reporting to: Medical director/ CEO**
**Purpose of the position**:
Responsible for providing nursing plan and to ensure nursing service at the highest quality round the clock according to the need, providing total coverage to the hospital
**Responsibilities**:
1. Planning and allocating ward duties to the nurses.
2. Taking ward rounds with consultants and record instructions for the treatment of the patients.
3. Make sure consultant instructions for the treatment of the patients are followed without deviation.
4. Read and analyses the daily report received from the ward and submit their supervisor consultant.
5. Maintain stock of drugs and all other articles in the ward.
6. Responsible for the safety of high-risk drugs.
7. Ensure adequate supply of equipment’s, medicines etc. in the ward
8. Arranges for special nursing staffs at the time of emergencies.
9. Maintain statistical record.
10. Patient compliant handling
11. Proper maintenance of medical record.
12. Adherence to discharge procedure.
13. Create and maintains a good working relationship/atmosphere in the ward
14. Ensures discipline and practice of ethics among the nurse in the hospital.
15. Ensures orientation of new nurse and coordinate training program.
16. Provide counseling to the nurses when required and hold meeting with nurses to discuss issues.
17. Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective hospital operations.

**Academic qualifications**
**Essential Desirable**
GNM, B.Sc. Nursing
**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000 to 25,000 per month ( Based on your skills)
**Experience**:
- Nursing: 10 years (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
