_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including account balances, transactions, and account maintenance procedures._
- _Provide guidance and support to customers regarding banking products, services, and procedures, ensuring clarity and understanding._
- _Process customer requests, such as account openings, account closures, and fund transfers, accurately and efficiently._
- _Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary._
- _Educate customers on security measures and fraud prevention techniques to safeguard their accounts and personal information._
- _Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to existing processes and procedures._
- _Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards._

- Good knowledge and experience on common CRMs, ticketing tools, chat platforms. Good Understanding of Banking - industry, products, finance related services, etc._

Pay: ₹30,393.43 - ₹42,711.26 per month
