**THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACTOR POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA.**

**THE ROLE**

You will be directly responsible for supporting the performance and execution of highly efficient, world-class talent management practices for various complex people situations. You will also be responsible for data collation and sanity across human resource information systems. You will also serve as a point of contact for all data inputs and sharing within the talent team for consumption. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Performing data entry tasks in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Collating, updating data, maintaining data, and conducting analysis for human resource information systems
- Assisting with monthly financial inputs at predefined intervals to partner agency and supporting the team to ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing
- Providing onboarding and offboarding details in pre-defined templates at appropriate monthly intervals.
- Generating Talent letters using pre-defined templates as per requirements.
- Collaborating on company-wide talent initiatives

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,
- 1+ years of experience within the Talent team in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Experience in HR systems and databases
- Experience working with databases and MS excel, google sheets & MS PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently and utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
- Must be detail-oriented, with excellent administrative and organizational skills

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and sites

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
