Required Experience:

- 10+ years ( min 2 years experience in Appian Architecture)

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Leadership: Lead and actively participate in technical and operations reviews, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Documentation: Organize, track progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation using document repositories.
- Reusable Components: Build and share reusable components to improve development efficiency and consistency across projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Enhancements and Change Requests: Address enhancement and change requests from lines of business (LOB), ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with and mentor junior resources to successfully achieve project goals and enhance team capabilities.
- Independent Work: Capable of independently managing tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Agile Processes: Adhere to and actively participate in standard Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support: Willingness to provide support outside regular office hours if necessary, ensuring project continuity and client satisfaction.
- Release Management: Follow the release management and code deployment processes to effectively migrate code changes across environments.

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Appian Architect: 3 years (preferred)
