Conversion Rate Optimization Expert

Legend Outdoor Industries is seeking an analytical, results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to maximize conversion rates across our outdoor gear ecommerce websites. You will be instrumental in boosting our direct-to-consumer channel performance through data analysis, testing, and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

2. Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance website conversion rates.

3. Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to implement effective web design and content strategies.

4. Monitor and report on the performance of optimization strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

5. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
