**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.

3. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive sales environment.

4. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively seek out sales opportunities.

5. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products or services.

6. Time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan and prioritize customer visits and sales activities.

7. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours based on customer availability.
