Assistant Storekeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage store inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Track and record inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing stock.
- Utilize inventory management software to update and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts.
- Experience with database management is a plus.
