Job Description: Telecaller

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Conduct research to identify potential leads within the plant nurseries, architecture, landscape architecture, and horticulture work contractor industries.
- Generate a list of contacts and companies to target through various sources and databases.

2. Outbound Calling:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with the objective of introducing our products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products to potential customers.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Develop a deep understanding of the various plants, grass, composts, and manures that we offer.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products to address customer inquiries.

4. Needs Assessment:

- Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Tailor product recommendations based on the client's needs to enhance the likelihood of successful sales.

5. Sales Pitch and Closing:

- Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight how our products can fulfill the client's needs.
- Address objections and concerns effectively to overcome potential barriers to purchase.
- Close sales by guiding the client through the purchase process and completing necessary paperwork.

6. Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on products and services.

7. Sales Tracking and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, leads generated, and conversion rates to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a related sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Good understanding of horticulture, landscaping, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical product details.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary + commission structure based on sales performance.
