Teach and explain concepts and techniques related to quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning.
- Use various teaching materials, such as textbooks, presentations, online resources, and interactive tools, to facilitate learning.
- Develop and update training curriculum and course materials for aptitude training programs.
- Design lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments to effectively teach and evaluate aptitude skills.
- Incorporate industry-specific aptitude requirements and relevant examples into the curriculum.
- Administer aptitude assessments and tests to evaluate trainees' proficiency and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on trainees' performance and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and track trainees' progress throughout the training program and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Identify areas of improvement and specific skill gaps in trainees' aptitude abilities.
- Develop customized training plans and exercises to help trainees enhance their aptitude skills.
- Stay updated on the latest aptitude testing techniques, trends, and resources.
- Provide career guidance and counseling to trainees related to aptitude-based career paths and job opportunities.
- Work closely with management and other stakeholders to understand training objectives and align training initiatives with organizational goals.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
