**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction:
Warmly greet and engage with customers, providing a friendly and inviting store environment.

Listen attentively to customer needs and queries to recommend appropriate jewelry items.

Deliver detailed product information and offer personalized shopping guidance.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Assist in driving store sales through proactive customer service and excellent product knowledge.
- Handle cash and payment systems accurately, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and new arrivals.
- **Product and Display Management**:

- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing product display that captures customer interest.
- Perform regular checks to ensure all merchandise is displayed securely and attractively.
- Help manage inventory levels and participate in stock replenishment.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Initiate follow-up contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Help build a loyal customer base by providing consistently excellent service.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure the sales floor and work areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Follow all security guidelines to safeguard store assets and merchandise.

## Qualifications:

- **Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- **Preferred**:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not necessary.
- An interest in jewelry and fashion.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
