**Position: UI/UX Designer**
**Location**:Nagpur**
**Job Type: On-site, Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables, utilizing software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Create and present preliminary design concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness and usability, through comprehensive troubleshooting.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience.
- Maintain adherence to style standards regarding fonts, colors, images, and overall design aesthetics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve our products

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design proficiency and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field preferred.

**Experience: 1 -2** **years**
