Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role combines strategic HR leadership with the efficient management of administrative operations, ensuring that the company's HR initiatives are aligned with business goals and that the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
**Human Resources**:
- **Recruitment and Staffing**: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain a diverse workforce. Conduct interviews, perform background checks, and manage onboarding processes.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs. Support employee development and career progression.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Oversee payroll administration and manage employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **HR Policies and Compliance**: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
**Administrative**:
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Manage office supplies and equipment.
- **Facilities Management**: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and security. Ensure the office facilities are up to standard.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the administrative budget. Control costs and manage expenses.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure all logistics are in place and events run smoothly.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
