Trainer for Office365

**Job Title: Project Based Trainer for Office365 Applications and AI Technologies**

**Job Type**: Project based, Contractual.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
3. Customize training content to meet the diverse learning needs and skill levels of participants.

4. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives.

5. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

7. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify training needs and align training objectives with project goals.

8. Travel to different project locations as required to conduct training sessions.

**Qualifications**:
‒ Bachelor’s degree in computer science (B.Tech.) or equivalent.

‒ Strong understanding of Office365 suite with strong focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

‒ Familiarity with fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science.

‒ Excellent presentation and communication skills (fluency in English and Hindi)

‒ with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

‒ Ability to adapt training methodologies to accommodate various learning styles and preferences.

‒ Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

‒ Willingness to travel to different project locations as required.

**Preferred Skills**:
‒ Experience in developing e-learning modules or instructional videos.
