Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting to any and all issues related to the SCCM Deployments and patching activity.
- Extensive experience on WSUS administration and troubleshooting
- Management of Compliance Settings by creating and importing Configuration Items (CI)
- Manage and report on hardware and software inventory
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 deployment, in-place upgrades, and system imaging.
- Extensive hands on experience in SCCM Client installation, upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge on creating custom SSRS or Power BI reports based on the requirements.
- knowledge on SCCM hierarchy, sites, roles, Boundaries, Co-management
- Manage end to end Intune Software deployment as a service including release, distribution and the installation of packaged software
- Intune / SCCM software deployment for Wks and Servers
- Conducts requirement analysis, license acquisition
- Achieve service efficiency through automation
- Ensures adherence of established policies and procedures
- Provides management reports on release progress
- Service release and deployment policy and planning
- Deals with release package design, build and configuration
- Deals with release package testing and acceptance including business sign off
- Deals with service roll out planning including method of deployment
- Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams
- Deals with communication, preparation and training
