Knowledge of SOA principles and experience with designing SOAP and REST services on Microsoft platform

AWS / AZURE cloud

Experience in designing efficient database schemas (using SQL Server)

Excellent Communication Skills

Experience in working with an Offshore team

Strong positive attitude and a demonstrated ability to accomplish complicated projects

Self motivated with leadership Skills

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Adaptability to work in an multi-project environment

Responsibility

Translate Business Requirements into Architectural Design and layout the Application Architecture and Design for the project

Lead Offshore teams to develop, test, support and deploy desktop, custom web in a.Net environment, keeping up with project processes and deadlines.

Assist in creating proposals, RFP, bidding, estimation etc for new opportunities.

Assist junior team members in understanding and writing a quality code, conducting code reviews with developers, code refactoring. Also, assist and support projects with their technological challenges.

Work in a multi-project environment and if required, own the responsibility of end-to-end delivery

Research and evaluate new software related technologies and products. Development of prototypes for new technology initiatives and product review selection recommendation

Create software documentation and update existing documentation

Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.
