A Computer Operator cum Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of computer systems, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to office staff. This role requires a blend of technical and administrative skills to manage office functions effectively and maintain seamless IT operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Computer Operator Duties**:

- **System Monitoring**:

- Monitor and manage computer systems and networks.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and address any issues promptly.
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery operations.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to staff and assist with resolving IT-related queries.
- Coordinate with IT support teams for complex issues.
- **Data Management**:

- Manage data entry and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle data processing and report generation tasks.

**Office Assistant Duties**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- **Document Management**:

- Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Coordinate office activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet visitors and provide assistance.
- Address inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- 12th
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role.
- Freshers can also apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative practices.
