Documentation Executive

**Job Summary**:
The purpose of this role is to support the smooth functioning of project processing department and assist the team by taking responsibility of project processing tasks. This includes processing documents provided by sales team, fulfilling all the documentation requirements such as filing, storing and verification of project related documentation and following up with sales team for missing documents in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
**Below mentioned are the Job Responsibilities for the role of Documentation Executive: -**
- Data Compilation and Record Keeping
- Updating Projects in Company's records
- Assist in project processing of documents
- Verifying the provided documents and sold proposal
- Filing and sorting of provided documents
- Following up for missing documents / data with sales team and verification of the same
- Responsible for technical analysis of project data
- Updating the respective teams for any changes / revision in existing projects
- Supporting technical projects and departments.
- Receiving, cataloguing and storing both hard electronic copies of all technical drawings, reports and related information, in line with policies and procedures.
- Allocating and controlling the document numbering system for project work.
- Working with precision to make sure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and can be easily retrieved.
- Responding promptly to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project or department personnel.
- Accurately updating information as required.

- Good Computer Skills in windows office, especially Excel (Practical exposure to working on Excel is a must)
**Minimum Performance Standards**:
- Verification of Documents and filing should be done accurately and punctually
- Tracking of missing data / documents in records and well organized.
