**Your role in our mission**:
**Essential Job Functions**
- Prepares and reviews training materials, such as tool user manuals, provider user guides, agendas, course outlines, hands-on exercises, PowerPoints, eLearning videos, and LMS training information, etc.
- Establishes and configures new LMS systems.
- Set up user security groups, learning paths, and other LMS tool configurations.
- Ensures eLearning videos adhere to standards, including 508 compliance, and then loads eLearning and training materials into the LMS.
- Ensures ADA/508 compliance in all written documentation related to training and eLearning.
- Manages day-to-day administration, and provides helpdesk support, and vendor support for both the LMS and KE.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Prepares and/or quality-assures content of business process models.
- Creates eLearning training videos highlighting features of the LMS and KE.
- Conducts user training on features of the LMS and KE.

**What we're looking for**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in technical writing, instructional design, or help desk support is a plus
- Experience working with healthcare or IT concepts and terminology is beneficial
- Experience in the healthcare/Medicaid field is preferred
- Captivate or eLearning authoring experience is preferred
- Experience with training methodologies and Learning Management Systems is preferred
- Experience with eLearning video development software is preferred
- Experienced in Blackboard, Moodle LMS tools is a plus

**Other Qualifications**
- Intermediate Medicaid Information System product knowledge and best practices
- Intermediate knowledge of the Medicaid/healthcare industry
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in LMS functionality
- Intermediate to advanced experience in eLearning authoring
- Proficient in using Microsoft (MS) Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of handling multiple aspects of a project simultaneously
- Ability to effectively support multiple subsystems
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members
- Presentation skills suitable to present to management and customers
