Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure

**Job Purpose**
- Automation of Risk reports, portfolio dashboards using SQL, Python & Tableau.
- Support sound credit risk management and achieve optimal level of risk-reward balance for CBG portfolios

**Key Accountabilities**
- Preparation of automated Credit risk reporting (inclusive of acquisition, collection & portfolio dashboards) to all the Internal & External stakeholders.
- Monitoring key performance indicators of the portfolio and produce meaningful insights to the team.
- Data modelling & Forecasting using Python
- Visualizing the dashboards in Tableau
- Support Credit Digitalisation projects

**Job Duties & responsibilities**
- Run and produce automated MIS for reporting on risk exposures and metrics to enable informed and strategic decision-making using SQL, Python & Tableau.
- Present MIS & data in required formats which are visual, universally understandable or easy to interpret (e.g. dashboards).
- Measure portfolio performance to assess risks and opportunities to maximize product profitability.
- Conduct portfolio stress testing to establish portfolio risk tolerance.
- Establish credit methodology to derive customer level income and max indicative secured credit limit using banking and credit bureau data.

**Experience**

At least 8-10 years of experience in financial sector towards Retail Credit risk MIS & Reporting.

**Education / Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree holder, preferably in risk management/ quantitative discipline
- Knowledge of strong commanding skills in Python, Tableau & SQL.
- Good in data modelling & forecasting
- Good understanding and knowledge of credit cycle management (acquisition, collection & portfolio management) in a consumer credit environment preferred.
