**WORK LOCATION: GUMMIDIPOONDI**

**JOB ROLE**:

- **Should have experience in handling Vannamei**:

- Handle entire quality team and coordinate with cross functions.
- Has exposure in quality assurance/control as well as hands-on with the production process.
- Should have exposure in ISO level audits, quality assurance and control.
- Can interpret analysis and will be able to coordinate/handle the approval process
- Should have experience in Antibiotic and Microbiology test
- **ELIZA test mandatory**:

- Should have experience in EIA Documentation
- Should have experience in HACCP, BRC,USFDA audit
- Should have experience in documentation related to EU,BRC,ISO
- Experience in food Processing**(SHRIMP)** is a must
- Should have experience in seafood industry
- Should check Hygiene condition and cleanliness
- Should maintain records
