**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the clinic's calendar.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

**Patient Coordination**:
Register new patients and update existing patient records.

Provide patients with necessary information regarding clinic procedures, services, and physiotherapy sessions.

Coordinate with physiotherapists to manage patient flow efficiently.

**Administrative Support**:
Maintain and organize clinic records, files, and documentation.

Process billing, payments, and issue receipts as needed.

Monitor and order office and clinic supplies as required.

Assist with basic data entry and correspondence tasks.

**General Assistance**:
Support physiotherapists with minor tasks like preparing therapy rooms or handling lightweight equipment when required.

Assist with patient follow-ups and appointment reminders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: Any degree with english as first language

Experience: Freshers or 1 year experience as Receptionist.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and clinic management software (if applicable).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
