Assistant Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:Assist the project manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members, if required.
Monitor and manage project calendars, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
- **Documentation Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and communication logs.
Organize and file project-related documents for easy accessibility by the team.
- **Communication**:Assist in preparing and distributing project-related communications to internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather updates, information, and feedback to support project progress.
- **Progress Tracking**:Collaborate with the project manager to track project deliverables and timelines, highlighting potential delays and roadblocks.
Maintain project tracking systems and tools, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- **Meeting Facilitation**:Participate in project meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders.
Assist in organizing and preparing materials for presentations and meetings.
- **Issue Resolution**:Identify potential issues or risks and escalate them to the project manager for timely resolution.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions.
- **Quality Assurance**:Review project documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
Assist in conducting quality checks and testing, as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Any Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)and project management tools.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
