Job Summary:
The Principal of the ITI Training Center will be responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the center. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Principal will work to enhance the institute's reputation, expand its reach, and ensure the successful placement of its trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
**Leadership and Management**:

- Provide visionary leadership and effective management of the ITI Training Center.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the institute's goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment for staff and students.

**Academic and Training Programs**:

- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
- Ensure that all programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the use of modern technology in training.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
- Provide professional development opportunities and support for staff.
- Ensure that staff adhere to policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Student Affairs**:

- Ensure the well-being and development of students.
- Implement student support services, including career counseling and placement assistance.
- Maintain high standards of discipline and academic performance among students.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, including budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Ensure the center's facilities are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.
- Manage financial resources effectively, including funding, grants, and donations.

**Industry and Community Engagement**:

- Facilitate industry linkages for student internships, apprenticeships, and job placements.
- Represent the ITI Training Center at public events, meetings, and forums.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies, funding agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of training and administration.

**Strategic Development**:

- Identify opportunities for growth and development of new programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the educational landscape.
- Implement strategies to enhance the center's reputation and visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in vocational education and training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of industry needs and vocational training standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
- Experience in building partnerships and engaging with the community and industry stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with curriculum development and educational technology.
- Background in technical education or engineering.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in training programs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
