**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Curriculum Development**:Design and deliver high-quality lectures, labs, and seminars in the respective field. Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and teaching resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Mentor and advise students in academic and research activities.

**Research**:Conduct cutting-edge research in the specified specialization areas.
Publish research findings in reputable journals and present them at conferences.
Collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects.

**Academic Support**:Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and research pursuits. Participate in academic committees and contribute to departmental initiatives.

**Professional Development**:Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous learning and research. Engage in professional organizations and networks to enhance departmental visibility.

**Administrative Duties**:Assist in departmental administrative tasks, including assessment and accreditation activities.
Collaborate with colleagues on departmental and institutional initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in the relevant field or a valid qualification from a State Level Examination such as NET, GATE, or STET.

Strong commitment to teaching excellence, research, and academic development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based academic environment.
Strong research background in the specified specialization areas.
