**Role & Responsibilities**:
Onboarding and managing Franchisees operations under Porter Intercity vertical in 3-4 cities.- Franchisee level Data updation, tracking and SOP adherence.- Monitor daily operations and ensure timely pick up and connection of the shipments from the Franchisees.- Take continuous feedback from the Franchisees on Product and Process to understand and plan the improvements required.- Be ready to travel across multiple cities as and when the need arises.- Own monthly invoicing process of Franchisees.- Inventory management at Franchisee to ensure no shipment is at the hub beyond 24hrs.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the experience of the Franchisees is improved on a continuous basis.- Be the voice of Franchisee and help them solve the problems and issues faced to process orders successfully.
