**Position Overview**:
**Celtron Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our Digital Marketing team as interns. This internship program provides a comprehensive learning experience focusing on various technical aspects of digital marketing, including Google Ads, PPC, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and SMM. Interns will work on real-time projects, gaining practical skills and insights that will prepare them for a successful career in digital marketing.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Google Ads (PPC)**:
**Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns.**

**Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum performance.**

**Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.**

**Learn to use Google Ads tools such as Google Keyword Planner and Google Ads Editor.**

**Facebook Ads**:
**Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns.**

**Develop ad creatives and target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness.**

**Analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.**

**Gain proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Analytics.**

**Google Analytics**:
**Learn to set up Google Analytics accounts and implement tracking codes.**

**Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.**

**Create custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.**

**Utilize Google Analytics insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.**

**SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**:
**Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve website visibility.**

**Optimize website content and meta tags for search engines.**

**Learn on-page and off-page SEO techniques to increase organic traffic.**

**Monitor website rankings and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.**

**SMM (Social Media Marketing)**:
**Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.**

**Manage social media accounts and interact with followers to build brand presence.**

**Utilize social media scheduling tools to plan and automate content distribution.**

**Analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content strategy.**

**Requirements**:
**Currently enrolled in a college program or have completed a Digital Marketing crash course.**

**Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.**

**Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.**

**Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.**

**Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.**

**Previous experience or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.**
