**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Experience** - 0-1 (Fresher are welcome)

**Location** - Hamza residency, 40 dp street, lillypur, haddo, near yamaha showroom, Port Blair 744102, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

As a data entry operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data into our organization's computer systems or databases. Your role will involve transcribing, verifying, and updating information to ensure its accuracy and integrity. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data quality and timely completion of tasks. Attention to detail and proficiency in typing and data entry software are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Input data from various sources into computer systems or databases.
- 2. Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other data sets.
- 3. Update and maintain existing data records as needed.
- 4. Perform regular data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- 5. Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
- 6. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate data entry tasks and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- 7. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- 8. Meet deadlines and productivity targets as set by supervisors.
- 9. Identify and report any data-related problems or inconsistencies to management.
- 10. Provide support to other departments or team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 1. High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2. Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- 3. Proficiency in typing and data entry software, with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- 4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies.
- 5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 6. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1. Additional certification or training in data entry or related fields.
- 2. Experience with specific data entry software or systems used by the organization.
- 3. Knowledge of industry-specific terminology or data formats.
- 4. Previous experience in a similar industry or role.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: 12000 to 15000 Per month
