**Key Responsibilities**
- **Subject Instruction**:

- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry to students preparing for IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced).
- Simplify complex concepts and theories for students of varying academic levels.
- Design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and problem-solving sessions.
- **Curriculum and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with IIT-JEE syllabus and exam patterns.
- Create and share notes, assignments, and study materials.
- Continuously update teaching content to reflect the latest IIT-JEE trends and syllabus changes.
- **Student Assessment and Support**:

- Prepare mock tests, quizzes, and other assessment tools to evaluate student progress.
- Analyze test performance and provide constructive feedback to improve student outcomes.
- Offer personalized attention to help students overcome academic challenges.
- **Motivation and Mentorship**:

- Encourage and inspire students to aim for excellence in Chemistry and beyond.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance, including advice on exam strategies and stress management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Participate in team discussions to share best practices and improve academic outcomes.
- **Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Stay updated on advancements in Chemistry and IIT-JEE preparation techniques.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shrirampur, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
