Supervisor Production

Set daily/weekly/monthly Production objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Submit reports on performance and progress of the employees
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Design and develop end to end packaging for products
- Coordinate activities at various stages of Production (Mixing ,Moulding ,Proofing ,Baking ,Cutting & Packing )
- Monitor clean and hygienic environment for the food products to be stored and preserve them safely once packing is done
- Aware about all packing materials and machines required to maximize profit
- Coordinate with FG & sales department on regular basis for Production Planning
- Maintain proper cleaning and hygiene of Production area
- Responsible for managing END-TO-END Production process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)
