Sales Coordinator

Actively promote and sell tea products to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate customers about our tea offerings and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential customers and stay updated on industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our tea products.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues related to product availability, shipments, or customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
