Shark salon is looking for a dedicated and passionate Salon Artist to see all operations in our salon in order to ensure success in terms of customer satisfaction, profitability, efficiency,

and safety.

SALON JOB DUTIES

Ensure the clients are serviced effectively

Monitor customer experience within the salon.

Must have good communication skills.

Deal with general inquiries from staff and clients of the salon.

Monitor the hygiene and cleanliness of the salon.

Manage client repeat booking rates to drive loyalty.

Lead the team by example.

Supervise staff and encourage teamwork.

Train staff to improve customer experience, product, and revenues

Motivate staff to ensure that they are fully engaged.

Carry out disciplinary and dismissal when required.

Identify areas of improvement within the salon and provide possible solutions.

Min work Experience : 2 years

If you are a beautician then salary would be 8000 + 5% incentives

If you are expert in Coloring 12000 + 5% incentives

If you are a expert in every salon services

Including unisex hairstylist, colouring, straightening or smoothening, balayage, botox & keratin

Then salary would be 15k + 5% incentives

Salon Timing : 10:00 am - 9 pm

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling, hair spa, keratin, Botox, balayage: 2 years (preferred)
- Hair Coloring: 2 years (required)
- total work: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, marathi (preferred)
