**Job Summary**

Manufacturing company looking for a Design Architect - Revit, with experience in drafting, drawing & designing for projects using Revit software.

**Position Type / Expected Hours of Work**

This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 45 hours per week. Late evening hours are required occasionally, in order to have an overlap with the U.S. based team.

**Location**: Marathon Icon, Lower Parel West

At Wilson Composites India LLP, we are **manufacturers of custom Architectural Fiberglass (FRP) and (GFRC) products** for the commercial construction industry. We specialize in design, engineering, and fabrication

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create detailed architectural drawings and project plans using the Revit Software
- Generate construction documents like floor plans, elevations, sections & details
- Understand local US building codes & integrate them into the drafting process
- Create initial sketch concepts & develop the designs through creating 3D models to visualize & communicate design ideas
- Develop design concepts by collaborating with architects and relevant team members
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements and relevant design issues
- Review drafted documents to identify & rectify errors and follow a strict adherence to project timelines & deadlines
- Communicate with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of drawings

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Minimum**:

- Proficient in Revit
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of American construction methods & building codes
- Strong English communication skills

**Preferred (all of the above, and)**:

- Bluebeam review of drawings
- Familiar with design software & tools

**Minimum Education**:
Relevant degree in Architecture or related field.

**Work Experience**:
4 - 5 years

**Salary**: ₹ 700,000 to 800,000 per year
