**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and design Interior living spaces to make them functional, appealing and well suited to the projects need.
- Developing initial ideas by discussing requirements in detail with the in house design team and setting project schedules
- Developing design concepts in consultation with the team and establishing final briefs/ designs
- Considering material and costs to set budgets of the project
- Preparing details drawings or layouts, designs, plans, elevations on a case to case basis using AutoCAD
- Prepare colour palettes, ideas of accessorizing the space with color schemes, window/door treatments,upholstery and fabrics, furniture placement and designs, light fixtures etc.
- If required, suggesting and preparing the shopping lists for accessories and produce comparatives from the various approved brands/ vendors
- Site visits & supervision, market visits, vendor management & material selection

**Skills**:

- A high level of technical knowledge of AutoCad/ SketchUp/ VRay Software
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator/ PowerPoint/ 3D Max will be a preferred.
- Good drawing skills including perspective drawings and spatial awareness
- Imagination and an eye for aesthetics, creativity, home beautifying and accessorizing ideas
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles.
- Attention to detail.
- Awareness of general safety regulations for interiors.
- Innovative and Creative problem solving skills
