**Job Description / Key Responsibilities**:

- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing budgets for activities and events, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the success of activities and identify areas for improvement.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to activities, attendance, and feedback.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Hospitality, Recreation, or related areas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in logistics planning and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- Knowledge of event planning principles and practices is a plus, though not mandatory for entry-level positions.
