Academic Counselor

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Acquiring new customers by counselling and suggesting the proper course
2. The talk time required per day is 240 Mints per day.
3. Weekly targets have to be achieved.
4. 100 dials per day.
5. Acquiring customer and onboarding confirmation.
6. Upgrading product knowledge.
7. 10 demo registration per day. Training and Targets
8. Training duration for a period of 4 Weeks (OJT Stage).

The 4 weeks On the Job training is conducted physically in Bangalore office. OJT will end with an evaluation of all the trainees according to Companies terms and conditions and only successful trainees will be offered permanent position.
11. Tuesday - Sunday (6 days working), Monday’s will be off.
12. No Holidays during Training Period.
13. Login time: 9:30 AM Logout: 7:30 PM.
14. Training extension due to not being achieve the target is at the call of the team lead.
15. Requirement of Laptop and Headphone. This is a core requirement for you to take part in the Training. Training can’t happen without fulfilment of this requirement.
16. 12 casual and 12 Sick Leaves, 1 added per month.
17. Health Insurance will be provided on conversion as a permanent employee.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
