Role: Purchase Executive - Specials Buying
Location: Chhani, Vadodara
Job Timings: Monday to Friday and may have to come in on Saturday if required,
- From March to October India timing is 2:30PM to 11:30PM.
- From October until March 3:30PM to 12:30PM.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Purchase of specials obtain & unlicensed medication.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Chasing deliveries from suppliers, customers and carrying out all related tasks & communicate information to all related teams.
- Using weekly stock and order reports for stock with less than 2 weeks’ stock at the start of each week.
- Initial supplier communications on deliveries, pricing and any other order related queries.
- Sending & Chasing up orders and enquiries with suppliers. Report the action taken by the end of each week and communicate with the reporting manager.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Week review overstocks and reports these to the Buying Manager with promotional recommendations.
- Monitoring purchase cost margins.
- Identifying new supplier and new product for increase business portfolio.
- Purchase analysis and competitor information.
- Transferring stock.
- Miscellaneous Commercial Projects.
