We are Hiring for **"Oracle Process Manufacturing with LCM"**
**Responsibilities:
- **
- Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle EBS OPM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS OPM solutions, including support and enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions, including enhancements to existing systems. Provide expertise in the areas of product development, inventory management, quality control, cost management, and other OPM modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, user adoption, and continuous support.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EBS OPM processes, procedures, and enhancement strategies.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and enhancement requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS OPM module implementation, support, and enhancement.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS OPM functionalities, business processes, and enhancement techniques.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, including support and enhancement activities, on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Oracle EBS certification is preferred.
