Biology Faculty

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive classes on Biology topics for JEE (Advanced/Biology-specific for Biotechnology, etc.) and NEET syllabus.
- Simplify complex concepts for students while ensuring high retention.
- Develop personalized strategies for students to improve their performance.
- **Content Development**:

- Prepare comprehensive notes, question banks, and other academic resources in alignment with NCERT and exam syllabi.
- Create mock tests, assignments, and practice materials that mimic the JEE/NEET exam pattern.
- **Mentoring Students**:

- Guide students in doubt-clearing sessions and conduct one-on-one mentoring to address individual learning gaps.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze test results to identify students' weak areas and implement targeted interventions.
- Work with parents/students to discuss progress and provide academic counseling as needed.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Work with other faculty members to ensure syllabus completion and uniformity in teaching methods.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team discussions to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 5 years (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 10 years (preferred)
