**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategically develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that highlight the company’s strengths in fostering a supportive work environment and its dedication to ESG principles.
Lead the creation of engaging multimedia content that showcases the company’s innovative HR initiatives and its impactful ESG activities.
Maintain a strong online presence on relevant social media platforms, enhancing the company’s profile as a top employer and a leader in sustainability.
Analyze and respond to trends in talent acquisition and ESG reporting, using data to drive visibility and attractiveness to potential employees and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with HR and sustainability departments to ensure that messaging is consistent and reflects the company’s values and strategic objectives.
Organize and participate in key industry events and webinars to boost both employer and ESG brand visibility, ensuring that the company is seen as a thought leader.
Engage with external partners and agencies to further employer and ESG branding efforts, ensuring external communications align with internal values and strategies.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Human Resources, with a strong understanding of both fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing role with responsibilities covering both talent marketing and ESG initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to craft and execute effective multi-channel marketing strategies that engage diverse audiences.
Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and public relations, particularly within the contexts of HR and sustainability.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to optimize campaign performance and strategy alignment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Proven track record in managing projects that require coordination across multiple departments, ensuring cohesive and effective outcomes.
