Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales professionals in the automotive industry
- Assess training needs and design customized training solutions to address gaps in sales skills
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding training for sales staff
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to improve individual and team performance
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices in automotive sales
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and goals for the sales team
- Keep accurate records of training sessions and participation for reporting purposes
Qualifications:
- B.Tech or B.E from (Mechanical) having 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in training or coaching role
- Proven track record of success in sales and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to commute to various outlets for imparting training.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
