Sales Exeutive

**Role and responsibilities**:

- To recruit and handle a team of Business Associates.
- Develop the required team through coaching, training, team management, support, etc.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- 2 + years of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience as an Insurance Sales Representative is highly preferable
- Qualification: Graduation
- Age: 21 to 38 years

**Salary**: ₹275,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
