**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a creative and skilled Animator to join our team and contribute to the development of engaging and informative content through animations, motion graphics, and video editing. As an Animator specializing in educational and instructional videos, you will play a key role in bringing concepts to life and creating visually compelling content that effectively communicates complex information to a diverse audience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Animation and Motion Graphics**:

- Develop high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations to enhance educational content.
- Create visually appealing motion graphics to illustrate concepts and engage the audience.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive videos for educational purposes.
- Ensure seamless transitions and pacing in instructional videos.

**Visual Design**:

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure a consistent visual style across all educational materials.
- Implement visual elements that enhance the learning experience.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Illustrator,

Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Final Cut Pro, to create and edit animations.

**Collaboration**:

- Incorporate feedback to refine animations and videos for optimal impact.

**Storyboarding**:

- Develop storyboards to plan and visualize the sequence of animations and scenes.

**Deadline Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.
- Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality work within specified deadlines.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in animation, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier

Pro) and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
