We are looking for talented and enthusiastic clinical support to expand our existing team.

**Designation: Clinical Support**

**Responsibilities**
- Create strategic documents for approval
- Learning about the medical process and using a team approach in documentation
- Working with a clinical lead or superintendent pharmacist to complete and submit medical records & develop corrective action plans as needed
- Provide online copies of medical documents to clinical lead or other providers for review and signature, making corrections or changes as noted
- Follow up regularly for any pending documents
- Chasing the documents on their expiry
- Validation of documents & maintaining mis reports & master log sheets
- Working with the clinical audit team and preparing the monthly reports
- Working with prescribing doctor lead for doctors’ allocation
- Assists with data collection for quality assurance programs
- Conducting internal audits and preparing reports of findings
- Recommend changes to improve processes and strengthen compliance controls
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to update the latest changes in the prescribing process
- Attends meetings and training as required
- Performs other related duties as required

**Desired Skills**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Demonstrated regulatory writing skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word effectively
- Ability to interpret and communicate company policies, procedures and practices
- Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve goals
