Welder/fitter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Operate welding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding based on project requirements.
- Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete projects on time.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Document completed work and maintain records of welding activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to welding.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks for extended periods.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,758.86 per month
