Tumbledry Solutions is a Laundry and Dry Clean Retail and E-commerce organization with a national footprint, currently operating 500+ stores in India. As a sales professional at Tumbledry Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a designated team structure for Franchisee Networking, Store Operations, BTL and Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Up Selling & Cross Selling, Procurement and Finance. You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business growth, while also ensuring that the highest standards of laundry and dry-cleaning services are delivered to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Territory Sales Manager - FOFO (Franchise Own and Franchise Operated)**
- Managing a set of Channel Partners
- Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer Acquisition, retention an Store Operations.
- Training to improve staff productivity and Quality
- Execute various sales strategies & programs in collaboration with Channel Partners to achieve

sales target
- Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers
- like BTL Elements, Promotional Campaigns, Mall Activation Events
- Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territory
- Corporate Tie-ups to generate new revenue streams.
- Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for them.

**Skills Required/Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor
- Minimum 12m experience in Managing distributors /retailers
- Good communication skills
- Graduate degree (preferably BBA / MBA)
- Min 50% marks in class 12th and Graduation Degree
- Must have a 2-Wheeler
- Willing to Travel for 20 days in a month

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
