- Responsibilities_
- _Resolving Tier 2 inquiries (ServiceNow or other client Systems used for case management)_
- _Guidance on TA process - Workday (or its replacement) recruiting action items and business process._
- _Prepare and extend job offer/contract as per standardized templates and country requirements (such action shall be taken at client’s direction)_
- _Manage pre hire due diligence, trigger background check process with vendors for medical checks etc.,_
- _Manage employee referrals program._
- _Manage agency sourcing._
- _Support offer / hire process if applicable for the country requirements or in special causes_
- _Follow quality requirements & act in compliance to local laws & regulations._
- _Additional responsibilities from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings._
- _Maintain process documentation & document templates._

- Minimum Qualifications_

- _Any Graduate / Postgraduate_
- _Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English_
- _Relevant HRSS experience_
