Dryer Operator

Operates Spray Dryer and understands underlying functions of spray drying parameters
- Mix chemical batches, monitor and sample in accordance with SOPs - Records appropriate steps on batch record and associated documents
- Effectively operate controls from HMI screen
- Maintain spray dryer logs and submit samples to the lab
- Create documents related to spray dryer
- Troubleshoot dryer processes
- Assist with Spray Dryer routine maintenance
- Oversee cleanup of entire dryer system between products
- Understands and complies with quality regulations as they relate to job responsibilities
- Complies with good housekeeping and safety rules
- Advises manager or supervisor when raw materials or components need to be ordered
- Assist Chemical Operators during spray drying downtime
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,318.20 per month
